The ice cream penguin is a penguin that drives an ice cream truck. He first appears in "Beans Are from Mars."
Role in series[]
The ice cream penguin briefly first appear in "Beans are From Mars" where he is seen driving his ice cream truck right through Camp Kidney without stopping. Chip and Skip manage to go after the truck as it drives all the way to Acorn Flats where the penguin gives Patsy, Nina, and Gretchen three canisters of ice cream. The ice cream penguin later appears in "The Big Cheese" where he drives by Camp Kidney and gets stopped by Scoutmaster Lumpus who gives him all his life saving for all the lava blisters that he has.
