Jane Doe-Lumpus is a recurring character of the series. Near the end of the series, she becomes Lumpus's future wife.

About the Character

Jane's the female scout leader of the Squirrel Scouts, and her assistant is Ms. Rubella Mucus. Jane's very kind and friendly and has a positive, motherly attitude, but she can occasionally get frustrated, and she can also be ditzy and scatterbrained. She lives in Acorn Flats with her scouts and Ms. Mucus. Jane's also very girly and tries to be a feminine influence on the Squirrel Scouts, who tend to be very tomboyish.

She's totally oblivious to the fact that Scoutmaster Lumpus is infatuated with her. She also can't seem Slinkman's name at times, as she sometimes refers to him as "the slug" or as "Lumpus's pet slug." She once almost ate a sandwich made with poisonous berries but was "saved" by Lumpus. In that same episode, she's also revealed to be the head of the Rock Buckskin fan club, of which the only other members are Almondine and Lumpus. (Maybe Slinkman but that is not known.)

In her first appearance, she was fishing in Leaky Lake with huge success, which annoyed Lumpus to a high degree. It was once revealed that she once won a beauty pageant, but only because she was only one actually entered in the competition. Miss Doe's also talented in doing unicycling, juggling and plate-spinning simultaneously.
