The Lifeguards are two otters that are both named "Pierre" and "No-Neck, respectively. They only appeared in Swimming Buddy and Parasitic Pal.
Description[]
Pierre and No-Neck are two red otters with glasses, caps. They are the lifeguards' surveyors that survey Bean Scouts swimming capability in every Leaky Lake swimming session. They have thick French accent.
Role in the episode[]
In Swimming Buddy, the lifeguards survey Bean Scouts swimming session. When Raj was unable to perform the swimming session, they gave him a title "Larva". When Lazlo heard this, he tried to beg the lifeguards for the second chances. In which, the lifeguards gave him the second chance to prove that Raj is a shark by sunset tomorrow otherwise Lazlo will clean Pierre and No-Neck socks for a month by licking them. Lazlo then challenged the lifeguards that if he's able to prove that Raj can swim. They will have to lick Jelly Bean's socks in which Pierre and No-Neck accepted the challenge.
Ultimately in the end, Lazlo proved that Raj could swim and is a shark. Pierre and No-Neck then have to clean the Jelly's socks for months.
